The DFSS White Belt is for everyone who is curious about what Six Sigma is, what it can be used for, and what results it can potentially create for your company. This applies to both management and employees. <\/p>\n

For example, if your company is starting a Six Sigma project, it might be a good idea to give the members of the project group a basic understanding of what Six Sigma is all about, so that you all “speak the same language” and have an understanding of the phases in the process. <\/p>\n

White Belts can also help identify new areas for improvement, which Green Belts and Black Belts can further develop. In this way, White Belts become an important part of the continuous improvement process in the organisation. <\/p>\n
