The typical Master Black Belt student often has worked as a Black Belt for some years, accruing solid experience in developing, leading, and carrying out complex, interdisciplinary and cross-organisational DMAIC projects.<\/p>\n
With this extension, competencies are bolstered, and further emphasis is placed on organisational and strategic leadership skills. You naturally become part of the management level with a focus on organisational implementation and operation. There can be significant differences in role distribution and responsibilities from one candidate to another. You are the expert who can guide them during their training and advise them on their practical projects. <\/p>\n Naturally, you will also receive continuous sparring and guidance from our Lean Six Sigma coaches with extensive practical experience and insight into implementing Lean Six Sigma projects. Your coach assists you in ensuring progress in your projects and advises regarding your own coaching tasks. <\/p>\n You have 3-4 hours of personal coaching per DMAIC phase, where you receive targeted help for your specific issue (the hours cannot be accumulated, but must be used continuously). With this valuable support, it is easier for you to maintain the thread through the phases and create the best possible project output. <\/p>\n The certification is based on your completed projects and coaching tasks. The certification is an acknowledgment that you have proven your ability to convert theory into practice and create significant results. Please be aware that there is no guarantee of passing.
