Project Management

We create momentum in your projects and guide them safely to completion.

What is project management and why is it important?

In its most basic form, project management is about ensuring that a project, along with all the involved parties, safely navigates the entire process and reaches a successful conclusion. This includes everything from planning, budgeting, organisation, and management of the project process, to leading the project across the final finish line.

This might sound easy, but if you have worked as a project manager or project participant before, you know that’s rarely the case. There will always be unforeseen issues arising during a project, and you must be able to adapt quickly if you want to succeed in bringing your project to fruition.

Project Management

Can we assist you?

People shaking hands

At eye4improve, we have extensive experience in creating successful quality, optimisation, and implementation projects. We know what is crucial when executing a project, and we can either equip you to manage the task yourself or function as your project manager.

We have many years of practical experience helping both large international companies, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, often in complex business environments within supply chains, quality, manufacturing, research and development.

Our clients vary both in size and come from many different sectors, e.g., administration, production, development, and pharma, etc.

Competent and committed project management with eye4improve

Our approach to project management always takes into account three overarching aspects: a clearly defined structure, strong relationships with employees and management, and fact-based decisions.

These are the values and methods we bring to all projects.

Structure the roles

In any project, it’s essential to know who does what and ensure that everyone has a shared understanding. Therefore, it’s about defining roles from the start and creating a well-considered project design. We establish steering groups, project teams, and define standards that ensure everyone is working from the same foundation.

Engage the employees

We want all project participants to feel they are making a positive contribution and being challenged. In this way, they take ownership of both the project and the project delivery. We do this, among other things, by holding weekly board / status meetings and individual follow-ups, so all involved can see the progress of the project.

Make good and fact-based decisions

It is essential that your project is supported by data- and fact-based decisions. We present all information in an easily understandable and action-oriented way, so it’s easy to draw conclusions, make decisions and communicate analyses further into the organisation. This ensures organisational anchoring and effective progress.

“I have used eye4improve for many years, where they have managed different project tasks, both for complex tasks where they have utilised Six Sigma competencies and for project management for, e.g., implementation of production equipment in our global production setup. eye4improve quickly grasps the complexity of the task and issues and adapts to the individual task with the competencies required based on customer expectations. I give my highest recommendation from here.”
