Prague, October 2026 – Danish engineering consultancy Eye4improve has opened its first office outside Denmark through its Czech subsidiary, eye4improve s.r.o. Based in Prague, the new office will support manufacturers across the Czech Republic and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with process optimisation, quality improvement and technology implementation.
The opening was marked by a reception at the residence of the Danish Ambassador to the Czech Republic, bringing together customers, business partners and representatives from Danish, Czech and CEE industry. The event was organised with the support of the Danish Embassy and its team.
Founded in Denmark in 2017, Eye4improve helps companies turn complex operational challenges into practical, measurable improvements. Its consultants combine extensive industrial experience with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and project management, working closely with customers from initial assessment through implementation.

The Prague office will provide a local base for supporting both existing international customers and companies across the Czech Republic and CEE. The company’s client experience includes work with organisations such as the LEGO Group, VELUX A/S and Vestas A/S.

The Czech and CEE activities are led by Lukasz Radaj, who will develop local customer relationships and connect regional industrial expertise with Eye4improve’s international capabilities.
